Olaf + Tina
Senior Companion Animal Portraits
[Olaf hails from Kentucky, where he was found homeless, wandering the streets, 25 pounds underweight. He was five (5) years old when Tina adopted him from Secondhand Hounds. Tina is committed to rescuing dogs who are particularly vulnerable to having a harder time finding their forever home: Olaf was older, completely deaf, and a pit bull. This combination made Tina all the more committed to give him the best life she possibly could. Olaf is thirteen (13) now. He is slowing down a little, but he still enjoys a quiet life with Tina in their two-bedroom townhome. He loves to lounge, go for very short walks, and be close to Tina. We photographed Olaf inside because he much prefers inside to outside. Olaf is a wonderful ambassador for a breed that is all too often misunderstood — he is kind, gentle, quiet and loves to love.]
